Women's Retreat

A two day, one night community-wide women’s retreat open to women and young ladies 12* years and older. The theme is "Living a Life of Purpose", based on Peter's description:
5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge;
6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness;
7 and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.
8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Check-in is from 6:00-7:00 PM on Friday evening. The weekend will begin with opening activities and fireside at 7:00 PM on Friday evening and will close at 7:00 PM Saturday evening with a time of worship and prayer. Time will also be provided to enjoy the fellowship of other women and the surrounding beauty of God’s creation by boating (weather permitting), hiking, crafts, or just simply sitting by a warm fire overlooking Beaver Lake. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the optional Sunday morning add-on, which provides time for a reflective personal retreat followed by a light continental breakfast and fellowship before departure at 11 AM Sunday.
*Please note that separate programming and/or supervision will not be provided for younger ladies. Guests under 18 years of age must attend with a supervising adult. It is our hope that the young ladies in our community can be mentored and connected to the women in our community through full participation in the retreat.

Saturday Day-Only Option (Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM - NO OVERNIGHT OPTIONS INCLUDED):
We would love to see you join us for the entire retreat, but if you can only make it during the day on Saturday, we would still love to have you join us! The Saturday day-only option includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner; access to all three speaker sessions; and access to Beaver Camp's activities and programming on Saturday. The cost for this option is $41.
